VMware vExpert 2019 開放申請 ~ 不自量力の Weithenn

前言

每一年的年初時，VMware 官方便會開放一年一度申請 VMware vExpert 的活動。今年，也就是 VMware vExpert 2019 的活動已經開始開放申請，VMware vExpert 其實是個類似 Microsoft MVP 的技術頭銜也是採「申請制」。

簡單來說就是提交你認為對該產品有哪些貢獻，之後交由原廠審核並認同你是否真的值得獲得此技術頭銜。目前，截至 2018 年底為止全球的 vExpert 人數為 1536 位 (台灣連同我共有 5 位獲選)。

今年，開放申請期間至「2019 年 2 月 8 日 (PDT 時區)」，並且預計在 2 月底 3 月初進行公佈獲選人員名單。參選詳細資訊請參考 VMware vExpert Blogs - vExpert 2019 Applications are Open!。

請可以依照個人的貢獻程度，透過下列不同路徑進行 VMware vExpert 2019 的申請：

技術傳教士路徑 (Evangelist Path)： 選擇此申請路徑者，通常為書籍作者 (Book Authors)、部落客 (Bloggers)、工具建立者 (Tool Builders)、公開演說者 (Public Speakers)、VMTN 貢獻者 (VMTN Contributors)...等，簡單說就是透過個人途徑把 VMware 技術發享出去。
使用者路徑 (Customer Path)： 選擇此申請路徑者，通常是 VMware 企業客戶的 Leaders，透過建置 VMware 的成功經驗讓其它客戶當參考，或者是 VMUG (VMware User Group) Leaders...等，都可以申請。
VMware 合作夥伴路徑 (VMware Partner Network Path)： 選擇此申請路徑者，通常是 VMware 合作夥伴透過教學影片、研討會方式將技術發享出去...等，都可以申請。
VCDX 路徑 (VCDX Path)： 選擇此申請路徑者，只適用於你已經持有 VCDX 證照才能申請。
